COURSE CONTENT

The Contractor Management e-learning course provides an introduction to the subject. It discusses why effectively managing contractors is important in controlling and organisations's health and safety liabilities. This in turn can lead to better overall project outcomes. In the course delegates will learn about the range of activities which schools contract, the potential consequences of poor contract management, the benefits of doing it well and how to effectively manage contractors (including reviewing their risk assessments).
